EDITOR

Pitti Uomo or Milan Fashion Week, Salone del Mobile or Maison & Objet – my passion for fashion, fabrics, design and craftsmanship drives me to the most important fairs and personalities in Europe. Longstanding contacts with the industry leaders, profound market knowledge and insight, an established sense for trends and developments are the foundation of my research work. Depending on my client’s requirements they are translated into text and images for individual purposes.

With my Nikon or with paper & pencil fashion, design, decorations, interesting people, exciting nature and finest food are discovered in Paris and London, Milan, Madrid, Florence and Stockholm or even on my own doorstep. Smaller manufacturers, shops, designers, artists, chocolatiers, perfumers and weavers are especially important to me. They often are hidden gems producing wonderful things and I take pleasure in introducing them to a wider audience. Here is a small selection of those gems: Antico Setificio Fiorentino, Lorenzo Villoresi, Patrick Roger, Siegel & Stockman, Anderson & Sheppard, Webermarkt Haslach, Liberty Fabrics, Fondaco dei Tedeschi, Barovier & Toso, Peter Venne, Li Edelkoort, Merci, Joann Tan.

Magazines, among others, I contributed to: Munchner Zeitungsverlag (Trachten, GUT, City Journal), Deco Home, Käfer Zeitung, foodhunter and tailors trade magazines (M. Müller & Sohn, SAZ, TM), Retail magazines (Stores + Shops, VM+SD, Inspiration), associations (VMM) & Co.
